My first contact was with Warrick, who was friendly, efficient and very professional on the phone. He took my initial query and then followed up with a phone call to advise the status of our job and confirmed when the repair person would be arriving. A young man called Max arrived at the stated time to complete the small repair job on our gas cylinders, and he was also friendly, courteous and efficient.

Yesterday and earlier today I had tried several plumbers/gasfitters, all of whom were very unhelpful, especially given the minor nature of our job. In fact, I'm still waiting for three of them to return my phone calls after leaving messages with them.
